HI my appologies if you read my blog, i havnt been very good lately updating... my daughter had her operation (which unfortunately didnt work) and we lost our dear uncle this week after a long battle with cancer.
On a lighter note, I hope you like this card we made at my class last month using playful petals, the new oval punches and stamp set, the new papers and ribbons. The petals are crying out to be decoupaged!!

As some of you may know my beautiful daughter has been losing her hearing and is almost deaf. Her hearing aids help a lot but they are going to try and help a bit more by fitting T tubes in both ears on 15th April. She is being very brave about the operation but I know she is worried about it, so this is to tell her how proud I am of how brave she is being and how great she is getting at our sign language lessons!! This is my entry to this weeks Pollycrafts Monday Challenge and A spoonful of sugar challenge with the theme of 'LOVE'. I loved this sheet of downloads and the backing papers soooo much I decided i couldnt choose so i used them all. My husband has never had a valentines card from me since we have been married (4 years) so this love book is like havinf 4 in 1!! lol. Thought I would include a couple of our wedding photos at the back. I shall write some nice messages on each page but didnt think anyone else would like to read the mush! I had to photo the pages before i assembled them as i thought it would be impossible afterwards.
I shall add some more photos after this x

This is using Stampin Up A Rose is a Rose set and the Watercolour Vine wheel. We made this during my January class and as you can see the results were pretty good. Thanks to my mate Emma (Something Sweet) I have really got into hat pins. I think they add at touch of class to any card..... just remember to poke it back through the ribbon to disquise the sharp point!!
